Independent Consulting Services

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate information required for the project
Provide necessary access to systems when required
Review and approve work within a reasonable time
Ensure that materials provided do not violate intellectual property rights

Project delays caused by missing information, access restrictions, or late approvals may affect delivery timelines.

Payments and Invoicing

Payment terms are agreed individually for each project.

Unless otherwise specified:

Invoices are payable within 14 days
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with Finnish law

Nordgrow Oy reserves the right to pause work in case of overdue invoices.

Open Technologies and Third-Party Systems

Many projects involve third-party tools, open-source software, hosting providers, APIs, or external services.

These may include platforms such as:

Automation tools
Hosting environments
External integrations

Nordgrow Oy is not responsible for service interruptions, changes, licensing issues, or technical problems originating from third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The client retains ownership of their own content and materials
The client receives the right to use delivered work after payment has been completed
Nordgrow Oy may reference completed work for portfolio or demonstration purposes

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the course of a project with reasonable care.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties unless required for project delivery or permitted by the client.

Limitation of Liability

Visitors to this website agree not to:

Attempt to disrupt website functionality
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Use the website for unlawful purposes

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in the competent courts of Finland.
